Reproduction of all or part of this site without written permission is prohibited. Copyright of all content not otherwise acknowledged rests with Kate Wilkey Photography.

Privacy and confidentiality
All personal information given to us by you will be regarded as strictly confidential. Your details will be used only for purposes directly related to fulfilment of your order, and will never be passed on or sold to any third party. We will treat all your personal information that we collect in connection with your order in accordance with the terms of the Data Protection Act 1998.

Credit Card Security
Any credit card numbers entered online are handled by our payment processor, Fotomoto. Your credit card number will not be passed to our site and will not held in clear text on any website.

Accuracy
Great care has been taken to ensure the accuracy of all information presented on this site. However, Kate Wilkey Photography is not responsible for consequential loss resulting from any errors.

Complaints
If you are not happy with the service we provide, please contact us in the first instance to discuss the problem. If we cannot come to a mutually acceptable solution, any money paid will be refunded.

Refunds
If you cancel your Agreement and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your notice of cancellation.

Loss or damage
Kate Wilkey Photography will not be liable for items lost or damaged in the postal system or sent via any other means. Please send important documents to us by recorded or special delivery.

Prices and Payment
Prices for services are quoted on the site. The final total will be agreed with you before the work starts. Prices for services are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect agreements which have come into force.

Jurisdiction
Kate Wilkey Photography is situated in the United Kingdom, and contracts are entered into in accordance with UK law. Any claims arising will be dealt with under the United Kingdom legal system.
If any provision of this agreement is held invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect, and such invalid or unenforceable provisions or portion thereof shall be deemed omitted.
