About Me
I got my first camera at the age of 10, but gradually other matters took over, and my photography hobby was dropped for many years. In the mid-eighties, I got hold of a second hand Zenit camera, and spent some time doing studio portrait work, mainly in black and white. Real life took over for a while, and my photography hobby went by the board, until this year, when my husband bought me a Nikon D60, which had just appeared on the market, and I started teaching myself photography again. The rise of digital photography has reawakened my interest in photography, and I am enjoying experimenting with close-up work following the purchase of a close-up filter. I also so some semi-professional glamour photography, for which I use a Nikon D80.

I also enjoy image editing, and I have worked steadily over the past 18 months to build up my Photoshop skills, working on image restoration, manipulation and photomontage.
